Founder Partner of the Firm, Raj is a practicing Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 15 years. He has expertise in the field of Taxation (Direct & Indirect) including International Taxations, Auditing, Business and financial Advisory. His exposure to various industry segments contributes to his rich experience, sound knowledge about economy and the Indian and International Taxation. He has also successfully completed certificate courses on International Taxation and Indirect Taxation organized by the ICAI. He has been a speaker at a number of seminars. His list also includes BSE Certification on Central Depository (BCCD), NSE's certification in Financial Market (NCFM) - Mutual Fund Advisor's Module. Next is the Chartered Trust and Estates Planner (CTEP) course organized by American Academy of Financial Management. An active member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Direct Tax Professional Association, Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives, Views Exchange and many other professional bodies. He holds a visionary approach in all his associations whether professional or social in nature.

Sharad has served around 10 years with Lodha & Co, Chartered Accountant , one of the leading national firm. During the stint, Sharad had wide exposure and experience in the fields of M & A advisory, corporate advisory, valuations, due diligence, restructuring, financial model reviews & build and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

Mahesh is a practicing Chartered Accountant having more than 6 years of experience (more than 4 years of Industry experience and around 2 years of experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant). He has expertise in the field of Indirect Taxation and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) including Auditing, Advisory and Appeals. He worked with HDFC Bank Ltd as a manager having key responsibility of smooth transition for implementation of IND AS. He has professional approach blended with personal touch has earned the firm enormous confidence of all its clients in Mumbai, which is reflected in an enduring business relationship that it enjoys with them.

CA Piyush Lakhotia ACA, B.Com (H)

Piyush has worked with JBS & Co., Chartered Accountants as a partner and has executed various assignments related to Management Audit, MIS Reporting and Designing & Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Previous to this he has worked with Mohan Impression Private Ltd.(Owner of Brand "Presto"), a company having presence of 100+ retail outlets in India. He was involved in identifying weaknesses in key control areas and recommended actions for procedural improvements, analyzing profitability statement of company owned outlets, audit of pre posting & pre payment of invoices and finalization of books of accounts.
